Now Hiring: Housekeepers - Downtown Dallas

CXC Talent Solutions is looking for Housekeepers to join our team in the Downtown Dallas area. We are hiring dedicated professionals to help maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of apartment communities. What We're Looking For:
Experience in housekeeping or general cleaning
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to excellent resident service
Responsibilities:
Clean leasing offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a set schedule
Prepare vacant units for new residents and property showings
Report any maintenance concerns to the supervisor
Assist with inventory and supply management
Maintain the property's overall curb appeal and organization
Perform light preventive maintenance as needed
Support maintenance staff with apartment make-readies, including trash removal, caulking, regrouting, appliance checks, and minor repairs

Required Skills:
Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
Excellent customer service and communication skills with coworkers, residents, and vendors
Education & Technical Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying climate conditions
Additional Requirements:
Valid, non-expired driver's license or state-issued ID
Reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
