✅ Support the Executive Director in overseeing daily operations

✅ Ensure smooth administrative operations with your strong organizational skills
✅ Supervise and support staff to foster a positive work environment

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with residents and families
✔️ Proficiency in Google applications and administrative software
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
✔️ A valid MN Driver's License
