Benefits Highlights
The Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS) seeks a visionary, strategic, and inspirational leader to serve as the next Chair of the Hematology-Oncology department. Partnering with administrative and nursing leadership, the Chair is responsible for creating and implementing a bold strategic plan for the growth of the service line with the aims of superior quality, safety, efficiency, patient experience, and staff satisfaction. Through these efforts and the provision of outstanding cancer care, the Chair will assure cancer health equity and access to care for the communities served by MCHS.
The Chair will work with MCHS leadership, including regional medical hematology-oncology leaders as well as allied health staff leadership to develop and execute forward-looking strategies to best meet the needs of hematology and oncology patients using specialty expertise, local physician staff, outreach programs, and e-health solutions that advance the highest standards of practice working in a collaborative environment in support of all members of the care team.
