Remote/Hybrid Key Responsibilities - Sales Engagement : Handle inbound and outbound sales through calls, email, text, and online chat to convert leads into customers.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build trust and rapport by identifying customer needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Follow-Ups : Manage follow-ups with warm leads to close sales and provide exceptional post-sale support.
- Collaboration : Partner with teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
